House Of Publication offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all services. Customers can claim 100% of the amount paid for the service under the following circumstance:

• If you are unsatisfied with the initial draft of the book, you may request a 100% refund on your project.

Refund Policy

House Of Publication offers a 100% refund on all its services; however, this is not an unconditional guarantee, and certain terms and conditions apply.

Refund Policy Will Be Void If:

• You have chosen a special or custom package.
• The primary service (Initial Draft) for any service has been approved.
• You have requested revisions on the initial draft and later approved it.
• The initial draft has been finalized.
• Editing, proofreading, or any other service has been completed.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks without prior notice.
• The project has been placed on hold at the customer’s request.
• Company policies have been violated.
• The creative brief provided by the client lacks required information.
• A complete change in the initial draft has already been requested and delivered.
• The client’s business is closing, rebranding, or changing its name.
• Reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or any reason not directly related to the service provided.
• The client has accepted multiple sets of revisions for any service.

Additional Terms

• Services related to design are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances and are not covered under the 100% Money Back Guarantee. If such services are part of a package deal, they cannot be used to request a refund for the entire package.
• The client may be eligible for up to a 50% refund after discussion and mutual agreement with their Project Manager.
• A 35% administrative charge will apply to all orders canceled within 24 hours if work has not been initiated.
• Cancellations made prior to project initiation for reasons unrelated to the service (design/writing) will also be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
• Refund requests based on a “change of mind” will not be entertained, and the refund policy will be considered void in such cases.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days, as per company policy.
